Here are some useful tips to help you stay comfortable, prepared, and ready to enjoy your visit to Nashville Superspeedway in Lebanon.

Food and drink

Concession stands throughout the venue serve fan favourites like burgers, hot dogs, nachos, and more. You’ll also find plenty of options for coffee, soft drinks, beer, and bottled water. 

Outside food is limited. Fans are allowed to bring one empty or sealed water bottle into the venue. Insulated cups are also acceptable, but no other outside drinks are permitted. Glass containers and alcoholic beverages are strictly forbidden. For full details, please review the Rules for Visitors section before arriving.

Communication

Download your tickets, parking pass, and event schedule before you set off. Mobile networks can become overloaded on race day. If you’re coming with friends or family, choose a meeting spot in advance and plan what to do if anyone gets separated.

Noise

The Superspeedway is known for its thrilling, close racing – and its noise. The sound of the engines quickly fills the grandstands, so ear protection is essential. Earplugs are strongly advised, and children should always wear proper hearing protection.

Taxi & rideshare

If you’re using a taxi or rideshare service like Uber or Lyft, head to the designated drop-off and pick-up area on the south side of the track.  Rideshare users should take Tennessee State Route 452 and turn onto McCrary Road to reach the designated rideshare parking area, located at the corner of McCrary Road and Victory Lane, directly opposite Nashville Superspeedway’s main entrance. Weather in October

Autumn in Lebanon can be unpredictable. Daytime temperatures typically range from the upper 60s to mid-70s °F (around 19–24 °C), while evenings cool down to 8–12 °C (upper 40s to low 50s °F). Light rain is possible, so a poncho or waterproof jacket is handy. Bring sunscreen, sunglasses, and a hat for sunny conditions, and keep hydrated with bottled water or refill stations around the circuit.
