RULES FOR VISITORS

As with all NASCAR events, guests attending the Cracker Barrel 400 at Nashville Superspeedway are expected to follow the venue’s safety and conduct policies. Security personnel will be present throughout the weekend to ensure a secure and enjoyable experience for everyone.

Prohibited items

For the safety and comfort of all fans, certain items are not allowed inside the facility. Anything that could pose a safety risk, disrupt the event, or cause inconvenience to others will be denied entry. The resale of tickets or merchandise on Speedway property is also prohibited.

All visitors are required to pass through security screening before entering the venue. Anyone refusing inspection may be denied entry without a refund. To avoid delays, review the official Speedway regulations before race day. Below are some of the most commonly restricted items (this list is not exhaustive):

  • Alcohol – Alcoholic beverages are not allowed through entry gates.
  • Balloons, beach balls, inflatables, or other throwable items
  • Bicycles, scooters, mopeds, Segways, or golf carts
  • Cameras with detachable lenses longer than 5", tripods, selfie sticks, or video cameras
  • Chairs of any kind
  • Confederate flags or clothing featuring Confederate symbols
  • Coolers – Hard-sided, soft-sided, or foam coolers are not allowed.
  • Drones or any unmanned aerial vehicles
  • Fireworks, noisemakers, air horns, or similar devices
  • Flag poles – Including metal or rigid plastic poles.
  • Glass or ceramic containers
  • Hoverboards, roller skates, or skateboards
  • Inflatables of any kind
  • Items that obstruct another guest’s view
  • Laser lights or laser pointers
  • Pets – Only service animals are permitted.
  • Projectile or launching devices
  • Seat cushions wider than 20 inches or with armrests
  • Smoking in grandstands or suites, including e-cigarettes and vaporizers
  • Strollers, wagons, or carts
  • Umbrellas
  • Weapons of any kind, including firearms, knives, or other potential weapons
  • Any other item that Nashville Superspeedway deems to pose a safety or health risk

What you can bring

To make your weekend at the Cracker Barrel 400 smooth and enjoyable, pack light and stick to essentials. Bring your race tickets, a fully charged phone, a power bank or spare camera batteries, and some cash for food and souvenirs. Adults should carry a valid photo ID, and it’s wise to have identification for children as well. Keeping your belongings minimal helps speed up entry and lets you get to the fun faster.

Items permitted inside Nashville Superspeedway:

  • One clear bag or clear backpack – Must not exceed 18" x 18" x 14". This bag can hold personal items such as headsets, scanners, cameras, binoculars, or cold packs. Loose ice is not allowed.
  • One clutch bag or fanny pack – Must not exceed 4.5" x 6.5".
  • Water bottles – Each guest may bring one unopened or empty plastic water bottle.
  • Insulated cups – Allowed for refilling with water or beverages purchased inside the venue.
  • Essential personal items – Such as phones, keys, wallets, and small medical necessities, provided they fit within the permitted bag sizes.
